Nexus Wheels City has a strict no refund policy.
This means that once you make any payment on the platform, that payment is final and cannot be refunded for any reason.
This applies to all services, including:
- Vehicle listings
- Dealer packages
- Listing upgrades
- Featured or promoted adverts
- 360° tours
- Any other paid services
Once your listing is approved or your service has been delivered, the payment is considered complete.
You will not receive a refund under any circumstances, including:
- Changing your mind after payment
- Removing your listing early
- Your account being suspended or terminated
- Your vehicle not selling
- Not using the full listing period
👉 You must decide carefully before making payment.
👉 If you are unsure, do not proceed.
Once payment is made, there are absolutely no refunds.
⏳ 2. No Recurring Subscriptions & Renewals
Nexus Wheels City does not use automatic or recurring subscriptions.
This means:
- You will never be charged automatically
- Your listing runs for a fixed 28-day period only
- When your listing expires, it will end automatically
Before your listing expires:
- We will send you reminder emails
- These reminders will typically be sent 10 days before expiry and again 3 days before expiry
If you want to continue advertising:
- You can renew your listing easily with one click of a button
- The renewal will start a new 28-day period
👉 Renewal is completely your choice.
👉 We will never renew or charge you without your permission.
If you do not renew:
- Your listing will expire and be removed
- No refunds or credits will be given
🔄 3. Cancellation
You can stop using the platform at any time.
Since there are no recurring subscriptions, there is no ongoing billing to cancel.
If you choose to remove your listing before the 28-day period ends:
- Your listing will be taken down
- The remaining time will be lost
- No refund or credit will be given
🔴 4. Removal of Listings
We may remove any listing at any time if it:
- Contains false or misleading information
- Is suspected of fraud or scams
- Involves a stolen vehicle
- Breaks any laws
- Violates our Terms & Conditions
If your listing is removed for any of these reasons:
- No refund will be given
- Your account may also be restricted or banned
👤 5. Account Deletion by User
You may request to delete your account at any time.
Please understand:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All listings and data will be removed
- This action cannot be undone
- Any active listings will be lost
- No refunds will be issued
🚨 6. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you:
- Commit fraud or scams
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misuse the platform
- Harass other users
- Attempt to damage or hack the system
This may happen without warning.
If your account is suspended or terminated:
- Your listings may be removed
- You will lose access to the platform
- No refunds will be given
⚖️ 7. Hold Harmless Agreement
Nexus Wheels City is a digital advertising platform only.
We do not take part in transactions between buyers and sellers, unless clearly stated in a separate agreement.
We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between users
- Vehicle condition or defects
- Payments made between users
- Any financial loss or damages
By using the platform, you agree to not hold Nexus Wheels City responsible for any claims, losses, or legal issues.
⚠️ Final Notice
Nexus Wheels City is a pay-to-list platform, not a subscription service.
- There are no automatic renewals
- We send reminders before expiry
- You can renew anytime with one click
- Renewal is always your decision
- There are no refunds
