Welcome to Nexus Wheels City.
These Terms and Conditions explain how you are allowed to use this website. When you visit the site, create an account, or list a vehicle, you are agreeing to follow these rules.
If you do not agree with anything written here, you must not use the platform.
📄 2. Definitions
To make things clear, here is what certain words mean in these Terms:
- "Platform" or "Website" means Nexus Wheels City and everything on it.
- "User" means any person using the website, whether you are buying, selling, or browsing.
- "Listing" or "Advert" means a vehicle advertisement, including photos, videos, and written details.
- "Dealer" means a business that sells vehicles.
- "Private Seller" means a person selling their own vehicle.
- "Package" means the paid plan you choose to list your vehicle(s).
💰 3. Listing Packages, Payments & Duration
Nexus Wheels City offers different packages depending on your needs. Each package allows you to list a certain number of vehicles with a limited number of images.
All listings stay live for 28 days from the moment they are published.
Before your listing expires, we will send you reminder emails 10 days before expiry and again 3 days before expiry. You can renew your listing easily with one click, and it will run for another 28 days.
You are allowed to edit your listing at any time. You do not need approval again if you make changes. You can also lower the price, mark the vehicle as sold, or delete your listing instantly whenever you want.
All payments are final. Once your listing has been approved and is live, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
You must stay within the limits of your chosen package. For example, if your package allows only 5 vehicles, you cannot list more than that.
We also reserve the right to change prices, packages, or features at any time without giving notice.
✅ 4. Vehicle Ownership & Accuracy
When you list a vehicle, you are making a legal confirmation that:
- You are either the real owner of the vehicle or you have permission to sell it.
- All the information you provide, including mileage, condition, history, and features, must be true and correct.
- The vehicle must match exactly what is shown in your advert. This includes the photos and description.
If any information is false or misleading, you will be held responsible.
⚠️ 5. Strict Vehicle Rules
There are strict rules that all users must follow when listing a vehicle.
- You are not allowed to sell a vehicle that you do not own or do not have permission to sell.
- You may not lie about the condition of the vehicle or hide important problems.
- You must not enter incorrect mileage or change the odometer reading. This is called "clocking" and is illegal.
- You must not upload photos that do not match the actual vehicle.
If we find that a vehicle has been "clocked" or misrepresented in any way, the listing will be removed immediately without warning.
🚨 6. Fraud, Illegal Listings & Enforcement
Nexus Wheels City has a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to fraud and illegal activity.
This includes things like scams, fake documents, stolen vehicles, identity theft, and dishonest listings.
If we discover that a vehicle is stolen, falsely advertised, or part of any illegal activity, we will immediately remove the listing.
We may also suspend or permanently ban your account.
In serious cases, we may report the matter to the authorities.
No refunds will be given if your listing is removed for any of these reasons.
🔴 7. Right to Remove Listings
We have the full right to remove any listing or restrict any account at any time.
This can happen if your listing is misleading, if you break the rules, or if your content is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
We are not required to warn you before taking action.
👤 8. Seller Responsibility
If you are selling a vehicle, you are fully responsible for everything related to that sale.
This includes making sure your listing is accurate, making sure the vehicle is in the condition you described, and making sure you follow all legal requirements.
You are also responsible for communicating with buyers and handling the sale process.
Nexus Wheels City does not guarantee that your vehicle will sell.
📡 9. Platform Use & Features
The website may include features such as listings, messaging, enquiry forms, and video uploads.
Anything you post or share on the platform is your responsibility.
If you misuse these features in any way, your listing may be removed or your account may be suspended.
⚠️ 10. Disclaimer
Nexus Wheels City is only an online advertising platform. We do not act as a dealer, broker, or agent unless clearly stated otherwise.
We do not verify vehicles, sellers, or buyers. This means we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate or that any person on the platform is trustworthy.
Any transaction you enter into is completely at your own risk.
We are not part of the agreement between the buyer and seller.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, fraud, or financial harm that may happen as a result of using the platform.
You are strongly advised to always check vehicles yourself, verify documents, and take proper precautions before making any payment.
🛡️ 11. Buyer Safety & Scam Reporting
If you are buying a vehicle, you must take steps to protect yourself.
- Always view the vehicle in person before paying.
- Try to meet sellers in safe, public places and avoid sending money before checking everything properly.
- Always confirm the seller's identity and make sure they are the real owner of the vehicle.
- Check that the vehicle is not stolen and is not still under finance.
- Be careful of deals that seem too cheap, as they are often scams.
If you believe a listing is fraudulent, you must report it immediately by email to nexuswheelscity@nexuswheels.city.
We will investigate and may remove the listing or suspend the account.
However, we will not get involved in disputes or legal matters between users.
12. Escrow Account (Future Feature)
Nexus Wheels City plans to introduce an escrow service in the future.
This means we will work with a registered financial institution to safely hold money during a transaction.
Full terms and conditions for this service will be provided when it is launched, and they will automatically become part of this agreement.
13. Privacy & POPIA
By using this platform, you understand that your contact details may be visible to other users.
You agree to follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of 2013.
We are not responsible if your information is misused by other users.
14. Limitation of Liability
In most cases, Nexus Wheels City is only an advertising platform and is not involved in transactions.
However, in certain situations, we may choose to be involved in a vehicle sale.
If this happens, a separate agreement will be created between Nexus Wheels City and the seller, which will clearly explain the terms of that specific deal.
Outside of this, we are not responsible for any problems related to sales, payments, vehicle condition, or disputes.
You agree not to hold Nexus Wheels City responsible for any claims or losses.
🚫 15. Prohibited Use
You are not allowed to use the platform for anything illegal or harmful.
This includes uploading illegal content, harassing other users, or trying to hack or damage the website.
If you do this, your account may be removed immediately.
🔄 16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If you continue using the website after changes are made, it means you accept the updated Terms.

By using Nexus Wheels City, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
You also confirm that you will follow all the rules and take full responsibility for your listings and actions on the platform.
